Nel campo della trasparenza delle informazioni nel mondo delle TLC qualcosa pare muoversi e stavolta il merito va al Servizio Informativo Regionale Ambientale della Toscana (S.I.R.A.) che ha reso pubblico l’elenco e la relativa ubicazione degli impianti Radio-Televisivi attivi nei Comuni della regione; infatti, è stata allestita un’apposita pagina (http://sira.arpat.toscana.it/sira/circom/COMUNI.htm) che riassume tutti i dati in possesso al Catasto Impianti di Radio-Comunicazione dell’ARPAT.
Finalmente altre esperienze estere - in primis quella della Svizzera che al riguardo fornisce un monitoraggio nazionale d’eccezione all’indirizzo dell’UFCOM Ufficio federale delle comunicazioni - Frequenze & Antenne - non sembrano così lontane. Un piccolo passo verso il futuro.

There was this guy see.
He wasn’t very bright and he reached his adult life without ever having learned “the facts”.
Somehow, it gets to be his wedding day.
While he is walking down the isle, his father tugs his sleeve and says,

“DAD! WE TOOK OFF OUR CLOTHES, GOT IN THE BED AND MOVED REAL CLOSE, WHAT DO I DO???”
“O.K. Son, Listen up, this is the most important part. Stick the long part of your body into the place where she goes to the bathroom.”
